About the Belize Service Retreat
Since February, twelve students and two faculty members have been actively preparing to go to Belize, where they will help Hand in Hand Ministries build houses in Belize City. Hand in Hand was founded by two brothers (one a Roman Catholic priest), who saw an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of people in Appalachia and Central America by providing simple but stable housing.
